 Tobias & West provides structural engineering services on commercial, industrial and high-end residential projects that require an engineer who will understand the client’s needs and treat their project as a priority.
Tobias & West operates as an integral part of
the team; proactively working with the client to assist in
seeing that the project goals are understood, the schedule
is maintained, and the costs controlled.
Our firm has two office locations. The main office is located in Mt Pleasant and our newest office is located in Lexington, SC.

Philosophy
We are
committed to designing structures that are built to sustain
the environmental conditions in which they are built. We
firmly believe the minimum code requirements are not always
sufficient to maintain the integrity of the structure and
the safety of the occupants and surroundings.
